Not a day goes by without seeing a new advertisement for reclaiming back your Payment Protection Insurance.


With so many companies specialising in this claims market it does beg the question as to how many mis-sold PPI policies there can be and how long marketing these claims will go on for.


So what will be the next big thing after PPI Claims?

The banks have admitted they mis-sold these policies and if customers make a direct approach to the bank it is likely compensation will be paid in full and directly to the policyholder.


If a PPI Claim company does not advise the client that they could recover the compensation in full by making a direct approach to the bank and instead simply signs the client up to an agreement where they take a percentage of the payment recovered then the PPI Claim company is also guilty of mis-selling.


So the next big claims marketing campaign will be PPI Claim Claims - helping people to recover the sum of money paid to PPI Claim companies.


Please get it right though because PPI Claim Claim Claims just cannot happen!
